Module · Fact Check
A price you closed, a product you discontinued, a branch that never existed. These sentences are read before a customer ever reaches you, and nobody tells you. Fact Check tests them against the brand's own pages.
The distinction
The claims in the answers match what your site says. That is a real result, it is good news, and it counts toward the rate.
Measured — and trustworthy
Your site blocks the crawler, or no page addresses the claim at all. The check could not run, and that is not a clean bill of health.
Out of the denominator — and fixable
The engine says something different from your own pages. Which sentence, which engine and which source produced it are all reported together.
You know exactly what to correct
The client most at risk is the one whose site blocks our crawler: with no ground truth to compare against, the check cannot run. The empty case and the dangerous case are the same client — which is exactly why they are never written the same way.
How it works
Verifiable claims about your brand are extracted from each answer and matched against the corresponding statement on your own pages. Opinions ('user-friendly') are not claims; only things that can be true or false are tested — price, coverage, location, ownership.
A mismatch is not always the engine's fault. Sometimes your site is out of date and the engine is right; the report says that just as plainly.
60 claims · four states
The false rate is 3/44, not 3/60. The 16 unmeasurable claims leave the denominator; counting them as clean would manufacture a reassuring 95%.

Method
This module exists because of one sentence: 'we found nothing false about you' reads identically when the check never ran. The first is a result, the second is a hole, and a report that cannot tell them apart reassures the client who most needs the opposite.
There is no correction button — engines do not work that way. But once we find where the error comes from, the fix goes there: a stale page, a missing disclosure, a record confusing you with another company.
The check cannot run and the report says 'unmeasurable'. It also shows which crawler is blocked; usually a one-line robots.txt change is enough.
The ones that can be true or false: price, coverage, location, ownership, whether a product exists. Value judgements like 'user-friendly' are not tested, because they cannot be.
