Module · Ad Intelligence
Ad budget creates interest in a category. That interest now lands in an answer box rather than on Google. If the brand named in that answer is not you, part of your spend is a gift to a competitor.
The distinction
You are the biggest advertiser in the category and the AI answer recommends someone else. The interest you paid for converts for a rival.
The most expensive state, and the most invisible
You are recommended without advertising. That is a position worth protecting — which means knowing which source is carrying you there.
Find out what is holding it up
Spend and visibility reinforce each other. The question here is marginal return, not budget: does the next lira do more in ads or on the source side.
An optimisation question, not a crisis
The provider did not answer, or the account is absent from the transparency record. That does not mean 'runs no ads' and is never reported as such.
Retried, and kept out of the denominator
Ad data comes from Google Ads Transparency, the Meta Ad Library and pixel traces on the site. If a source does not answer, that cell is marked unmeasured — never 'runs no ads'.
The bridge
A rival's ad copy tells you which promise sells in that category. We turn those promises into questions — free shipping, instalments, next-day — and measure who the engines recommend in reply. Your competitors' budgets end up enriching your measurement set.
Ad-seeded questions stay outside the scoring panel: if a change in someone's ad copy moved your score, the trend would stop being comparable. They are reported as findings, never as score.

Why the fourth cell exists: missing data is not 'runs no ads', and it stands apart from the other three.

Method
An ad lookup can come back empty because the brand genuinely runs no ads — or because the RPC broke. If those two serialise the same way, the report prints the first one and a client budgets against it. This distinction is the most heavily tested part of the module.
Yes. The Google Ads Transparency Center and Meta Ad Library are public transparency records; what we read is already public.
No, and we do not estimate them. Transparency records do not disclose amounts in most categories. We report observable signals like run length and variety; a modelled budget figure would be a fabricated metric.
No. The scoring panel is frozen and these sit outside it. They are reported as findings — particularly when the answer is a damaging one.
The free scan measures your site's readiness; the ad bridge unlocks on the enterprise plan.
